KippsDeSanto & Co. advises Three Wire Systems on the sale of its Technology Resale Business to Mythics, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners
KippsDeSanto & Co. is pleased to announce the technology resale business of its client, Three Wire Systems, LLC (“Three Wire Systems” or the “Company”), has been acquired by Mythics, LLC (“Mythics”), a portfolio company of One Equity Partners. The technology resale business will join Emergent, LLC (“Emergent”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mythics, to expand its portfolio of cloud, open-source, and security-centric technology offerings.
Three Wire Systems technology resale portfolio brings together innovation, cutting-edge technology products, and related services to solve a myriad of challenges for the government, with an expansive list of civilian and defense agency customers. This portfolio of third-party solutions enables organizations to develop, augment, and protect mission-critical network infrastructure and advance other modernization and transformation objectives. The resale business leverages a robust network of technology providers such as Dell, Broadcom, Zscaler, and Ping, among others, to deliver innovative solutions to its customers.
The transaction marks the first acquisition for Mythics, and its subsidiary Emergent, following new ownership under One Equity Partners. The acquisition is expected to generate growth within existing Mythics and Emergent business units, expanding the organization’s technology product portfolio and services capabilities.
