Bridge Defense has acquired Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, a provider of advanced analytics and intelligence solutions for U.S. defense, intelligence, and homeland security customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Fortreum, a portfolio company of Gryphon Investors, has acquired Kovr.Ai, a provider of AI-native cyber compliance solutions across the U.S. defense and national security community. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
