Allocore, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has agreed to acquire RiverNorth, Inc., a provider of digital modernization, enterprise strategy, and lending and grant program design solutions for U.S. federal government markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Kraken Robotic Systems, Inc. (TSX-V: PNG) has acquired 3D at Depth, Inc., a provider of underwater high-resolution LiDAR imaging and measurement sensors for defense and commercial applications. The transaction is valued at $17 million.
Lockmasters, Inc., a portfolio company of Dominus Capital LP, has acquired Signals Defense, LLC, a provider of radio frequency ("RF") and infrared ("IR") window films and shielding products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MDA Space Ltd., a portfolio company of Northern Private Capital, has agreed to acquire SatixFy Communications Ltd. (NYSEAM: SATX), a provider of satellite communication modems with Software Defined Radio ("SDR") and Electronically Steered Multi Beam Antennas ("ESMA") for defense and commercial applications. The transaction is valued at $193 million.
One Equity Partners, LLC has acquired Wheeler Fleet Solutions, Co., a subsidiary of VSE Corp. (NASDAQ: VSEC) and provider of fleet-focused services including parts distribution, stockroom and inventory management, and fleet management software. The transaction is valued up to $230 million.
Radiance Technologies, Inc. has acquired Phased n Research, Inc., a provider of advanced radar and electronic warfare technologies for U.S. federal government defense markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Repkon USA Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Repkon Ltd., has acquired the Ordnance and Tactical Systems business of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), a provider of details, assemblies, forgings, and other metal products for aerospace and defense applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
