M&A Transactions

Applied Aerospace Structures Corp., a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P., has acquired NeXolve Holding Company, LLC, a provider of high performance polymer materials for electronics, display, and aerospace applications for commercial and military spacecraft, aircraft, and ground-based systems markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

FAAC, Inc., a division of Arotech Corporation, a portfolio company of Albion River, LLC, has acquired Battlespace Simulations, Inc., a provider of multi-domain combat simulations in near-peer threat environments for U.S. federal government defense and Intelligence Community markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

IonQ, Inc. (NYSE: IONQ) has agreed to acquire a Majority Stake in ID Quantique SA, a portfolio company of SK Square (KRX: 402340) and provider of quantum detection systems, network encryptors, random number generator chips, and other quantum technology products for commercial, aerospace, defense, and space markets. The transaction is valued at $154.6 million.

Quantum-Systems GmbH has acquired AirRobot GmbH & Co., a subsidiary of Nu Group (XBER: 8VH0) and provider of radioisotope production for healthcare, defense, and space markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
