M&A Transactions

Frontgrade Technologies, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital Fund Management, LLC, has acquired IDSI, LLC, a subsidiary of Crescend Technologies, LLC and provider of radio frequency ("RF") and microwave amplifiers, in addition to amplifier-based subsystems, intended to support Department of Defense missions, including communications, electronic warfare, and tactical data link applications. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Precision Aerospace Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of CIC Partners and Juniper Capital Management, has acquired Clearwater Engineering, Inc., a provider of precision machining, Computer Numerical Control ("CNC") milling, and supply chain management services for commercial and military aerospace markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Redhorse Corporation, a portfolio company of Blue Delta Capital Partners, has acquired Mannakee Group, LLC., a provider of DevSecOps and advanced software tools for U.S. federal government defense and national security markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, has acquired Intrepid, a provider of engineering services with prime positions in the missiles and space, enterprise modernization, and aviation and mission support domains. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

T2S, LLC, a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, has acquired Blue Marble Communications, Inc., a provider of bandwidth communications equipment intended to provide solutions for gateway, user, and inter-satellite links. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
