BSEL USA, Inc., a subsidiary of Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd. (TASE: BSEN), has acquired Turbine Standard Ltd., a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul ("MRO") solutions for Honeywell TPE331, Pratt & Whitney PT6, and General Electric CT7 turbine engines. The transaction is valued at $33 million.
General Atomics Corp. has acquired North Point Defense, Inc., a provider of signals intelligence ("SIGINT") exploitation software and sensor integration for U.S. federal government national security and intelligence markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Oklo Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: OKLO) has acquired Atomic Alchemy, Inc., a provider of radioisotope production for healthcare, defense, and space markets. The transaction is valued at $25 million.
Riverside Research Institute has acquired Cog Systems, Inc., a provider of secure virtualization and cryptographic solutions for mobile and Internet of Things ("IoT") devices in private sector and U.S. federal government enterprise markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Velocity One, a portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired EMCORE Corp. (NASDAQ: EMKR), a provider of component and system-level inertial navigation products for aerospace and defense markets. The transaction is valued at $31.4 million.
