GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE) has agreed to acquire Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP), a provider of highly-engineered components and sub-assemblies for private sector and U.S. federal government aerospace and defense markets. The transaction is valued at $11.75 billion.
ITC Federal, LLC, a portfolio company of Blue Delta Capital Partners, has acquired Apriva ISS, a subsidiary of Apriva, LLC, and a provider of secure, classified mobility and communications solutions for defense, intelligence, law enforcement, and other government customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Swarmer, Inc (NASDAQ: SWMR) has agreed to acquire Ratel Robotics, a provider of unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) in Ukraine that perform logistics, evacuation, engineering, demining, strike and drone launch missions. The transaction is valued up to $224 million, including earnout considerations.
