Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ondas Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) has acquired GATE Technologies Ltd., a provider of Electronic Safe & Arm Devices (ESADs) and advanced electronic fuzing solutions for the private sector and international defense markets. The transaction is valued up to $390 million, including earnout considerations.
Rajant Corporation has acquired The Bellwether Group, Inc., a provider of advanced tactical edge computing, secure communications, and mission engineering solutions for the Department of Defense and other end markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
