Our Team

Mr. Olson is the Vice President of Operations at KippsDeSanto & Co., responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, including recruiting, training, staffing, process improvement, and performance management.

Prior to KippsDeSanto & Co., Mr. Olson was Head of Operations, and part of the executive team, at Floww, a London-based fintech company partnered with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). Prior to Floww, he was a Director at Standard Chartered, leading Debt Capital Markets coverage for the emerging markets bank across Canada, Latin America and Turkey.

Mr. Olson received a B.A. in History and Government (double major) from Cornell University, with additional undergraduate coursework completed at the London School of Economics. He also earned a M.B.A from the University of Cambridge. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Registered Representative (Series 79, 63, 99).
