Our Team

Ben Olson is the Director of Business Operations and Strategy at KippsDeSanto, leading strategic initiatives and the firm’s talent organization, which includes recruiting, training, staffing and performance management across advisory teams. He also leads KippsDeSanto’s Investment Banking Development Program and summer intern programs.

His experience includes directing day-to-day operations, devising process improvements and developing enterprise infrastructure to support high-velocity, aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology deal execution.

Prior to KippsDeSanto, Olson was Head of Operations and part of the executive team at Floww, a London-based fintech company partnered with the London Stock Exchange Group. Before joining Floww, he was a Director at Standard Chartered, leading debt capital markets coverage for the emerging markets bank across Canada, Latin America and Turkey.

He received a B.A. in history and government (double major) from Cornell University, with additional undergraduate coursework completed at the London School of Economics. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Cambridge.
