Mr. Anderson is a Director with KippsDeSanto & Co., with a broad base of experience providing transaction advisory services in diverse end-markets including Industrials and Technology sectors.

Prior to joining KippsDeSanto & Co., Mr. Anderson was a Director at TD Securities working across the Diversified Industrials group in New York, NY primarily providing M&A advisory and capital raising solutions for companies in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Prior to TD Securities’ acquisition of Cowen in 2023, Mr. Anderson was a Vice President, Associate, and Analyst in Cowen’s Aerospace & Defense group and has over fifteen years of investment banking transaction experience.

Mr. Anderson graduated from Bowdoin College with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics. He is registered with FINRA as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 63, 79).
