Mr. Polichene is an Analyst at KippsDeSanto & Co., supporting the firms M&A and strategic advisory services, financial analysis, and market research.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Polichene was a Summer Analyst at KippsDeSanto & Co. Previously, he was a Summer and Fall Analyst at Crossroads Capital.

Mr. Polichene earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland and an M.S. in Finance from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
