As a Vice President at KippsDeSanto, Margo Bost directs client engagement and investment banking transaction execution across aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology.

Drawing on her transaction advisory background, she specializes in guiding privately held companies and growth-oriented defense contractors through sell-side exits, buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic financial due diligence.

Prior to joining KippsDeSanto, Bost was a Manager with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where she specialized in M&A financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. She graduated summa cum laude from the College of William & Mary with a B.B.A. in accounting and a concentration in finance.
