Matt Berglund is an Associate at KippsDeSanto, focusing on Government Technology Solutions and aerospace and defense transactions.

Prior to joining KippsDeSanto, Mr. Berglund was an Associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at UBS Investment Bank. Previously, he served clients at Deloitte Consulting and served 5 years as a Naval Officer.

Mr. Berglund earned a B.S. from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is registered with FINRA as an Investment Banking Representative (Series 63, 79).
