Our Team

Ms. Chang is an Associate at KippsDeSanto & Co., supporting the firm’s client engagement, transaction execution activities. Additional responsibilities include industry and financial analysis and market research.

Prior to joining KippsDeSanto, Ms. Chang was an intern for the Federal Reserve Board under the Large and Foreign Banking Organizations and a Junior Associate with Greenberg Advisors. Ms. Chang was also previously an intern for KippsDeSanto in 2022.

Ms. Chang graduated from the University of Maryland with an M.B.A. in Finance. She also holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in General Business from the University of Maryland.
