Our Team

Michael Potolicchio is a Vice President at KippsDeSanto, leading investment banking execution, strategic positioning and client engagement across aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology.

His experience includes advising founder-led businesses, privately held companies and financial sponsors on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sponsor-backed platform expansions, corporate divestitures and private equity portfolio exits.

Prior to joining KippsDeSanto, Potolicchio was an Associate with Aronson Capital Partners, a boutique investment bank focused on aerospace and defense and government technology solutions. Additionally, he has private equity experience with Patriot Capital and Blackstreet Capital, and began his career at Deloitte Consulting in the project controller practice. He received a B.B.A. in finance from The George Washington University.
