Mr. Gilland is a Vice President at KippsDeSanto & Co., a premier investment banking firm headquartered in Washington, DC.

Prior to KippsDeSanto & Co., Mr. Gilland was a Senior Manager with BDO in their M&A Advisory practice, and, prior to BDO, Mike held a similar role with RSM US LLP.

Mr. Gilland earned a M.S. and B.S. in Accountancy with concentrations in Economics and International Business from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
