As a Director at KippsDeSanto, Nathan Wilson is responsible for driving business development, client relationship management and strategic investment banking execution across aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology.

His experience includes advising founder-led businesses, privately held companies and financial sponsors on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sponsor-backed platform expansions, corporate divestitures and private equity portfolio exits.

With over 7 years of investment banking experience, Wilson has built his entire advisory career at KippsDeSanto, having previously held the positions of Analyst and Associate at the firm. He holds a B.S. in business administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
