Ted Faris is a Vice President at KippsDeSanto, leading client engagement and transaction execution across aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology.

His experience focuses on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory for aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology companies, with specialized domain depth in SaaS, software platforms and private equity portfolio divestitures.

Prior to joining KippsDeSanto, Faris was a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at RSM US LLP. Before RSM, he held finance, accounting and investment advisory roles across major financial institutions and government contractors. He earned a B.B.A. in finance with a minor in economics from James Madison University.
