As a Vice President at KippsDeSanto, Wilkerson Anthony specializes in investment banking transaction execution and client engagement across aerospace, defense, government technology solutions and enterprise technology.

His experience includes advising founder-led businesses and private equity sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, corporate divestitures and sponsor-backed platform expansions.

With over 7 years of investment banking experience, Anthony has built his entire advisory career at KippsDeSanto, having previously held the positions of Analyst and Associate at the firm. He holds a B.A. in economics and a B.S. in commerce (finance concentration, real estate track) from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
